Curriculum Vitae

Barbara Freeman was born in London and studied at St. Martin's and Camberwell Colleges of art, with postgraduate study at the University of Leeds. She has taught as a part-time and visiting lecturer in many colleges, and has lived and worked in Belfast for the past nineteen years. She is well recognised as a member of the Arts and Environment Project commissioning new work for the rebuilding of the Royal Group of Hospitals, and as a trustee of The Tyrone Guthrie Centre, Ireland.
